Down, the App Formerly Known as Bang With Friends, Relaunches on the iPhone

TECH CRUNCH – Following a trademark dispute with Zynga, the hookup app Bang With Friends rebranded as Down and initially launched on Android. The app, which now also targets dating, relaunched on iOS with a revamped interface. Users can swipe up to "get date," down to "get down," and left to skip, with matches including Facebook friends and friends of friends to expand the dating pool. Changes were made based on feedback from female users to improve safety and relevance. The Android version has seen significant user retention growth.
