BBC – Northern, a train operator in northern England, has reminded passengers that dating apps are blocked on its on-board WiFi. This policy, which has been in place since 2017, is due to concerns over some apps lacking "appropriate self-moderation." The company also blocks video streaming, gambling, and adult content.
