In Singapore, a Member of Parliament said that the police will keep a close watch on the platform and action will be taken if money is found to be exchanged for sexual services among users.

The site markets itself as a link-up between "well established wealthy individuals" who "wish to pamper sugar babies with financial support in return for love and companionship" and those who "appreciate the glamorous life indulging in the luxuries that life has to offer". Sugar daddies have to pay $49.95 monthly, $128.85 for a three-month subscription, or $215.70 for a six-month subscription. Sugar babies pay $9.95 monthly.
