BUSINESS WIRE — Aug. 16, 2005 — Think Partnership has appointed George Douaire as COO (Kodak, Peapod) and Scott Mitchell (Anderson, Tunes.com) as President.
Mark Brooks: Think Partnership recently bought Kowabunga (affiliate service) and PrimaryAds (affiliate network) and is in the process of buying Vintacom/Relationship Exchange. Scott spearheaded their numerous acquisitions.

This company certainly seems to be self destructing due to a power struggle. There were recently several high level management departures from the company, notibly Andy Beal the public face of keywordrankings.com & websourced which is Thinkpartnership’s flagship division. High profile Jason Dowdell also left. Both stated they publicly they left “due to philosophical differences over the direction of WebSourced”. This started a fire storm in the Search Engine Optimization world and many took it to mean they didn’t agree with the companies morals. Now a few weeks after these departures Scott Mitchell the head of eroticy.com has been apointed president.
Scott Mitchell is also in some sort of legal war with the dating site Casualkiss for Spamming.

It looks like the interal power struggle in the company is near a end, i wonder if they will start doing something with all those dating properties. I don’t think any of there dating holdings have gained marketshare in the last year?
