I think user expect too much from the online dating service. There is a personal element that needs to the responsibility of the user. A computer match can only go so far. They need to be very engaged in the social aspect (newsletters, events, etc.). Sitting at home waiting for an email isn’t going to make for such a great experience. Plus, get specific — some of these dating sites are too broadbased…
