Mark Brooks: Social networks for kids, social networks for christians, social networks for dog lovers. Here we go… Social networking is following the same trajectory as internet dating. When will we see the fulcrum I wonder? There are still some wide open opportunities for social networks.

That’s exciting!
Now the children are also involved in social level of the Internet.
I tried to find the other examples of such social networking sites for children. haven’t found such a targeted site except may be http://www.beritsbest.com(this is not an ad, just a research) featured site for children with the best sites links (to the visistors’ view).
As far as I can see kids can create a blog and make aphoto gallery, create a circle of friends and earn points to get presents, write messages to the family and friends.
How about a social network for all the social network start ups?
Nice one Bill. 🙂
I think we’re going to see a great number of new social networks spring up in the next several months. I’ll keep adding the notable ones to the Popular Social Networks list. You can find that list under Handy Little Lists on OPW.

Hmm.. good idea to make social network for kids and make money on them. Kids are really big green apple for advertisers but this market on internet is not reaseached in full… it would be interesting for me how advertisers will react…
Bill those are called conferences and they charge a fortune.
