SF GATE — Feb 15 — According to Cingular's latest wireless courtesy and dating survey, 33% of people communicated with their date or mate via text messaging, up 6% over last year. 38% of respondents said that a date answered his or her wireless phone in the midst of a great dinner conversation. 17% reported that a cell phone saved them from an uncomfortable date. 8% said they ended a relationship over rude/offensive wireless behavior.
