Yeah Mark I’ve had that issue too!! It’s getting out of hand…
I’m shocked to see the ranking of True and Singlesnet over Match on any of these lists.
I tried True for about 15 days for free and it was a total joke. All I got was got nonsense winks and the most ridiculous matches if any contacts at all. I have pleaded with them to take me off their list.
Singlesnet isn’t much better. I have spoken to a couple of people, but nothing of solid interest.
I still find Match to be the best resource and the most active of all web sites. With one exception, if you join via phone they don’t tell you that you must stay visible for the first 6 months in order to get the second 6 months free if you haven’t found your match. I am now arguing this out with their customer service department now.
Over all of them, they have the most diverse range of matches. While I have yet to meet the right person, I still enjoy the interaction with Match out of every group I have tried.
I think Eharmony should be at the bottom of the barrel as they are expensive and don’t allow individuals to do any matching on their own.
Then there are all these other groups that keep sending me emails that are too numerous to mention and find highly suspect.
Bottom Line I agree with C’s Top 10, though I would suggest dropping True below Singlesnet.
