OPW — June 14 — Apparently 70% of internet users streamed video in march 2007 according to the comScore Video Metrix rankings for March 2007. YouTube's the top U.S. streaming video property with 53.5 million unique people streaming ("streamers") in March.

In my opinion, video chat definitely touches the topic of reputation. If you were using iovation’s ReputationManager today, you would classify this sort of behavior as “General Misconduct” (we currently do not have a specific abuse category for this sort of behavior). You would then make a real-time decision at login as to whether or not you want to offer video chat to this customer based on the reputation of their device. I believe you can absolutely manage fraud/abuse protection on a web site offering video chat.
