OPW — June 16 — Apparently Zencon Technologies sold to American Capital Srategies (private equity). Zencon Technologies runs BlackPeopleMeet (their top property and #8 on Hitwise USA), SingleParentMeet (#23 according to Hitwise USA), BBPeopleMeet, SeniorPeopleMeet, BabyBoomerPeopleMeet, BlackChristianPeopleMeet, AsianPeopleMeet and LatinoPeopleMeet. I heard they had revenues North of $15 million and were looking for a valuation North of $100 million. The niche dating market is heating up and cost per registrants has gone up as well. It's doubtful they got their $100 million + valuation. – Mark Brooks
