Who is the chief Psychologist Officer at True?
I signed up from Argentina and appeared this message

Anyway it seems after signing up, the site changes from Spanish to English.
True not also is offering its True Compatibility Test that “meets the statistical gold standard of modern test theory”
but also
True is offering other types of tests “My custom Type”, “Good Friends”, “Great Dates”, “Romantic Possibilities”

if they allow their members to tune/change/synthesize the “mix ot their compatibility factors”
it is like an ipsative test instead a normative test!!!!
I read this as True does not believe enterely in its True Compatibility Test!!!!

True no longer has any credibility when it comes to compatibility or testing. They are all about cheap T&A ads, and misleading business practices. They even got themselves finally sued over their stunts.
I don;t think they have a “Chief Psychologist Officer” since their past Ph.D. expert left them. They also had the bottom of their testing capabilities drop out from them when he left. In fact, these selections of “custom type” etc seems like an attempt to salvage some type of “testing center” or “compatibility program.” They can;t create anything new now, so they are sadly left to “cannibalize” their old offerings.
Notice how True never announces any partnerships of substance. Nobody likes them.
