Search my blog, there is a recent post from a guy selling a ton of dating domains. One good dating site is worth a lot more than 50 junkers based on crappy domain names.
I’ve seen affiliates do very well by using huge numbers of domains with keywords in the domains. But I think Google has shifted its focus a little away from keywords in domains, and even more towards reputations of domains. Still, its definitely a good thing to have the search term in the domain. We’re looking for great top level domains, and also buying domain groups. The top level domains will be used for brands, and the groups for SEM’d domains.

The Internet Dating Industry Message Boards gets posts with domains for sale all the time. One such example is here (yesterday)

We also work with Moniker to provide a domain auction for online personals domains. We’ll have another one in Miami next year.
