In this role, she will have responsibility for Match.com's North American business including Chemistry.com. Mandy Ginsberg joined Match.com in March 2006 as the company's VP and GM of Chemistry.com.

Well her first order of business should be change the way Match posts the photo’s that are uploaded. They basically compress them so much that the quality is ruined. Not as bad as POF but this is a PAY site and should have much better quality photo’s. The quality should look like these on The Chicago Reader site
