Yup, they’ve got a free site to drive visitors to the paid sites. They’ve also got the marketing muscle to push the free site.
PoF is the site most at risk here – will they go up a level and introduce a paid site as well? This would require an enormous investment in customer support, technology and marketing.
Or will PoF accept a realistic valuation to exit while it still has traffic?
