I didn’t find your walking distracting; in fact, many news programs are using that exact format. What you could do is to slow down and better block the pace the movement, though.
On the flip side, just watching someone “speak” on camera is rather boring by today’s “youtube” standards unless you cut to many graphics or use some other tactics to break up the monotony.
Let’s chat offline as I have other ideas of what you could do to enhance the presentation.

if you feel like walking while recording – think about investing into a stabilizer (like merlin steadycam or alike) – they do wonders.

To bounce back on one article, it is funny to see dating site offshoring their operation to India.
Means that we are talking of a real industry now!
It will be nice to see if this succedes or not. Call centers are usually more efficient in sales than in CC.

2. Include more numbers and summarized analysis
3. Include more web pages and graphs etc
4. I’ll also launch a new site so you can more easily review just the videos, and get heads up on them via email and RSS feed
