OPW — Apr 1 — PlentyofFish now has plenty of customer service workers, in India. Now users can call 800-the-fish and talk directly with a customer service agent. Irena tried calling them and was transferred through to a supervisor after 40 minutes on hold and speaking with several agents. The supervisor was quoted as saying, “I am being most pleased to service you with the phone".
That’s disappointing. I always wished Plenty of Fish could live up to it’s great promise by providing a better produc and great customer service that says Markus really cares about his customers. POF just flat out doesn’t care.
