PR NEWSWIRE — Aug 14 – Men and women are turning to Internet sites like SideTaker.com not only to ask advice about their problems, but to help decide their arguments, noting it's a cheaper alternative to professional relationship counseling. SideTaker.com allows for both sides of an argument to be voiced simultaneously, letting others vote on who's at fault while giving their own advice in the matter. Keeping it all completely anonymous, arguers can offer all the facts and the outcome is brutal truth.

I looked at the SideTaker website and noted that the arguments posted to be resolved aren’t just about dating and relationships. And even though there are experts who can be retained to help later, IMHO there is a big problem that still remains among many singles: if they want to be in a committed relationship, they still have to learn to implement some basic human skills, such as honesty, generosity, loyalty and caring. A lot of arguments and disputes would be avoided if singles didn’t tend to be so self-involved, thinking only about “me” instead of “we.”
