PRESS RELEASE – Oct 15 – eLove is a new dating site, different from other dating services. It combines online and traditional matchmaking services. Singles have the option to do everything – from browsing the vast online database in search of a date to eliciting the assistance of a professional matchmaker to help them meet their soul mate. eLove also provides the latest tools in video/audio/text chat IM; video profiles, voicemail, email and more. All matchmaking service members are pre-screened and undergo a mandatory criminal background check.

To Sam..Probably they have lot of friends friends who are already a member for this new dating site. It’s good you didn’t mention scammers.

Mark – is there an association here? Isn’t it part of Paul Falzone’s empire? (International Dating Ventures Inc)

Ross is right. I’ve been reviewing the beta of Mate1’s new site eDate, another site entirely.
I thought IDV already had several dating sites. Guess you can’t have enough of them.

Mark,
Usually you are very good at disclosing your sponsors / conflicts of interest. In this press release you forgot to disclose that eLove is a Site Sponsor; perhaps you should disclose this info and explain the situation.
Btw – I think that this eLove site looks great. Nice job Paul / Nelson.

I would agree that customers are increasingly demanding the best of both the online and offline worlds – convenience and scale of an online database, combined with the personal approach and reassurance of offline matchmaking services. eLove offers members the opportunity to join their offline or online service, but does not offer a combination of both, which I believe is essential. Dateline Platinum, of which I am Chairman, has provided this service to our customers for a number of years. Independent verification of all members’ identification is just one of the features of the service that our members tell us is very reassuring to them when meeting new people. We carry out this verification by visiting new members in their own homes – I would be interested to know how eLove achieves the same thing?
