I talked to these guys, seems like a decent deal. The primary challenge is that there are only a handful of people out there who would know what to do with the platform. Buyer needs IT person/people, graphics designers, marketing team, sales support group and a big pile of cash to make a go of starting a private label dating site. It certainly can be done, buyer would probably have to go after a niche market.
