THE GLOBE AND MAIL – Dec 2 - IllicitEncounters.com said it has seen a huge increase in the number of financial workers signing up to have affairs after the collapse of the markets in October last year, and that “finance” continued to be one of the most represented professional areas on the site. IllicitEncounters.com has more than 380,000 members across Britain of which ~20,000 work in “financial services”
A list of the top 10 reasons bankers gave for having affairs follows:
1. To feel loved
2. For the thrill
3. Unstable home life
4. To escape the mundane
5. Ego boost
6. To avoid costly divorce
7. To lavish attention on someone
8. Because they feel entitled
9. Because they can/opportunity
10. Peer pressure

Qite the juxtaposition, here in the US on Wall Street the number of bankers acquiring handgun permits is on the rise, supposedly to fight off a presumed rebellion by shareholders. In the UK, the downtrodden financiers would rather cheat on their wives. It’s a strange world indeed.

Do we really believe this type of behaviour is on the rise? I think that it’s more to do with that no one has asked them before.
Maybe the American bankers are just more worried about vengeful spouses than the British where most people aren’t “tooled up”.

As a woman I have to say I have plenty of choices of going free on lots of sites.
However I like the idea of being fair to everyone. The fact that men do not pay either,
makes them less stressed out about getting their moneys worth unlike on some extoritonate sites I won’t mention.
I was pleasently surprised to find like pay sites.
The site is monitored and profiles vetted and they remove undesirable accounts.
All in all a good user experience and pretty much offers the same as AFF and IE etc.
Also I found the guys to be friendly and like on other sites of good quality.!!!
