CBS4 – June 4 - The days of divorce attorneys hiring private investigators to dig up information on cheating spouses may be long gone thanks to the rise of social networking. According to the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers, 81% of the nation's top divorce attorneys say using social networking as evidence is growing. Facebook is the primary source of divorce evidence the AAML reported. 66% percent of AAML respondents said Facebook was the primary source, followed by 15% choosing MySpace, Twitter was selected by 5%.
