Hi Mark, I’ve been using WDP for over a year. So is this a merger or acquisition because it seems that WDP and Dating Factory offer the same white-label services, so should Clients just switch to Dating Factory and leave WDP?

DF and WDP white label platforms are very different. Anyone who creates accounts and analyzes the functionalities of both platforms can see it. DF platform will be offering complementary service to what partners already have on WDP plus better site customisation, conversions and quicker payouts. This will not be a replacement technology. Partners are welcome to run sites on both platforms and make the most of both technologies. This partnership will also open the door for DF into the UK market. More competition then.
