ISRAEL MFA – Oct 4 - Rounds from Israel takes video chat and games inside Facebook to bridge the online and offline worlds. The start-up Rounds isn’t the first app to allow Facebook friends to chat by video from within the social network. Friendcam is a notable forerunner. While it’s all free today, Rounds plans to release "premium" coins that users will have to pay for, along with virtual gifts. Advertising is also in the cards. Rounds has raised $2M from a group of angel investors, including Startup Factory and $1.5M from the Rhodium Investment Group.
