GRÜNDERSZENE – May 13 – After two and a half years Schmidt decided to step down (reportedly for personal reasons) and hand the reigns of leadership over to the current Parship CFO Henning Rönneberg. Peter F. Schmid will leave at the end of May. Henning Rönneberg (43) has served as Parship CFO since 2008.

I always get nervous when the CFO becomes the CEO unless I’ve talked to them and they show signs of being able to handle the transition. But then again, its just running a dating site, how hard can that be? 😉
That and the fact that I keep calling it parsnip, which is a vegetable related to a carrot.
