Well for starters from what I understand anyone can say anything about anyone without any proof that they ever met or ramifications for blatantly lying in a “review”. What’s to stop someone from saying something bad about someone just because they’re mad that person didn’t like them or find them attractive? I could say a woman doesn’t look like her photo(which may be an opinion) just because she blew me off. Really? Review someone by username?…LOL Some people change their username every other week, so that would be a little tough.

To answer the first part that’s the beauty of the law (Communication Decenacy Act) look it up — it gives these sites all the power to say anything they want about a person maybe they never met. Fair? not exactly…Unethical? Yes. Lots of dating sites do not let you change your USERNAME any longer jb. they make you wait months and months for changing a username and by the time that happens the person has already stopped using the site. But you bring great points.
