The affiliate channel is challenging and can be deadly to brands if not tightly managed, but its still very worthwhile. Just don’t take your hand off the wheel. Make sure affiliates know the rules, and that you’ll pull the plug on them if they break them and erode your brand instead of building it. Personally, I’m still a big fan of the private / white label dating model.
