VENTURE BEAT – Oct 5 – Veep is a new meetup/hookup app. The app is free and doesn't require a Facebook profile. "Veep has a unique interest system that lets users search for people based on any combination of their interests and hobbies," says the founder, 19-year-old Hunter Harris.
