TELECOMPARER – Apr 18 – The Dutch government said it was not able to determine how many fake profiles there were on dating sites. The government said regulator ACM is conducting an investigation into the matter. In general, the Civil Code stipulates that all providers of products and services must provide honest information so that consumers can make a good decision.
