THE BEACH REPORTER – Apr 11 – “The Dating Project” will be released on Tuesday, April 17. The documentary, directed by Jon Cipiti, follows Boston College philosophy professor Kerry Cronin and five people, including two Boston College students, a woman in her 20s living in Chicago, a woman in her 30s living in New York City and a guy in his 40s living in Santa Monica. “The Dating Project” had its genesis when Cronin realized dating among her undergrad students amounted to hook-ups, all coordinated in a virtual world, with little face-to-face interaction.
