Adjusted EBITDA was $7.9M, compared with $8.1M in the Q1 2019. Non-GAAP net income was $6.7M, compared with $7M in Q1 2019. Transaction with ProSiebenSat.1's and General Atlantic's joint company NuCom Group expected to close in the Q2 2020.
