BDAILY NEWS – June 2 – Playdate is a new dating platform, aimed at helping single parents date while juggling the responsibilities of childcare. The app, founded by entrepreneur Nevine Coutry, was inspired by the fact that 1 in 5 relationships in the UK begin online, with few options catered to single parents. It has partnered with Bubble, a sitter and nanny app which offers on demand childcare, to provide its users with childcare solutions so they can go on dates.
