ECONOMIC TIMES – IT company Info Edge, which owns platforms such as Naukri.com and Jeevansathi, has acquired a 76% stake in online dating company Aisle Network for Rs 91 crore ($12M). Aisle runs multiple dating platforms – Aisle, Anbe, Arike and HeyDil. Aisle had a turnover of Rs 7.56 crore ($980K) in 2020-21, the filing said.

SEEKING ALPHA – Bumble is about to report its Q4 2021 next week. Revenues should increase. Paying users are up. Bumble is down ~65% in 6 months. However, facts demonstrate a business that is thriving. As of Q3 2021, Bumble carried a net debt position of approximately $335m. This is manageable. Q3 2021 saw Bumble's EBITDA margins go from 33.1% to 27.2%. Q4 2021 is guided for EBITDA margins of 26%.

Mark Brooks: Match is the behemoth, and Bumble the contender. There is much to love about both companies.
SIMPLY WALLST – Hello Group Inc. (NASDAQ:MOMO) has a market cap. of US$1.7b and institutional investors have a fair amount of stake in Hello Group. This implies analysts working for those institutions like it. It looks like hedge funds own 5.2% of Hello Group shares. Hedge funds are often quite active investors, who may try to influence management. Hello Group's top key executive, Yan Tang, is the largest shareholder, holding 20% of shares outstanding. The general public – including retail investors – own 23%.
YOUR STORY – One of India's primary dating apps – QuackQuack announced that it has crossed 16 million registered users. Ravi Mittal, Founder and CEO said, "…we are consistently making efforts towards addressing the requirements of modern-day dating communities."
PR NEWSWIRE – The law firm of Kessler Topaz Meltzer & Check, LLP filed a securities class action lawsuit against Bumble for omissions and fraudulent misrepresentations relating to the company's business, operations, and prospects. The complaint alleges that the Registration Statement failed to disclose any problems plaguing Bumble's dating apps or the slowdown in Bumble's paying user growth.
