BUSINESSWIRE – Iris now has 1M users. The app said it blocked ~200K potential catfisher since its launch one year ago. All users must take a live selfie that's compared to the photos in their profile before they're able to join the platform. If the selfie doesn't match the photos, the app blocks the user.
