AOL Preparing ‘Something’ In Social Networking

TECH WEB — Apr 20 — Rumors are, AOL is close to launching a social network off of its AOL Instant Messenger service that would make it easier for subscribers to share and create content.  AOL claims 43 million AIM users.

Mark Brooks: I wonder if they’ll see the wood for the trees.  The top social networks have been started by small teams of young programmer-entrepreneurs, so far.
